Various IT projects I have completed. The foundational project here is "Help Desk Lab", where I created a domain consisting of a Windows Server 2022, Windows 10 employee, and Windows 10 help desk machine. All other projects featured here demonstrate various Help Desk troubleshooting and system admin tasks within this realistic IT lab environment.
