Summary

This PR closes out changes in #2132. Changes include:

  • fixes broken links in a recent JIRA filed by the docs team
  • rearranges the plugins section
  • fixes other broken links, typos, double spaces, and issues
  • updates the gitbook with redirects
  • no spelling issues came up during a check
