Fonctionnalité du plugin

Ce plugin permet d'indiquer dans l'interface du ticket si le demandeur du ticket fait partie d'un groupe explicite (exemple : VIP) :

• Paramétrage dans l'interface du groupe :

  • Création d'un groupe, indication dans l'onglet "VIP" du paramètre si oui ou non "Groupe VIP"

• Indication dans l'interface du ticket par un logo type "VIP" et colorisation du nom de l'utilisateur en rouge si le demandeur du ticket fait partie d'un groupe explicite

Plugin functionality

This plugin allows you to indicate in the ticket interface if the ticket requester belongs to a explicite group (example : VIP) :

• Parameter setting in the group interface:

  • Creation of a group, indication in the "VIP" window of the parameter if yes or no "VIP Group".

• Indication in the ticket interface by a as "VIP" logo and colouring of the user's name in red if the ticket requester belongs to a explicite group
