Added instructions how to use the OpenTelemetry agent in Mendix on Kubernetes environments, and how to install and use the Jaeger OpenTelemetry collector.
There are already instructions how to do this for Windows and Docker-based environments; this update extends the documentation to also cover MxOK as well.
This is not linked to any release and can be reviewed and merged at any convenient time.
