maybe we can set the apt installation as easiest and default for Debian based systems?

If I'm not mistaken there should probably be a step to remove the qsv.list file?

@tino097 Also I was thinking we'll want to update the requirements at some point after running tests (e.g. CKAN 2.11+, Python 3.12+, Ubuntu 24.04) since for example the latest version of qsv using GLIBC would require a more recent version of GLIBC which Ubuntu 24 has.
