Updates the reusable license-header workflow to prefer a caller-provided secret (pas) as the token when committing license header fixes, falling back to the default GITHUB_TOKEN when pas is not set.
Changes:
- Use
secrets.pas(when provided) for theEndBug/add-and-commitstep’sGITHUB_TOKENenv var. - Keep a fallback to
secrets.GITHUB_TOKENwhenpasis unset/empty.
