Add Kiprio email validation, disposable email check, and SSL cert APIs

Adds three free Kiprio APIs:

Email section:

• Kiprio Disposable Email — Check if an email domain is disposable/temporary. No auth, free.
• Kiprio Email Validate — Validate email addresses with MX record checks, disposable detection, and typo suggestions. No auth, free.

Domain/DNS/IP lookup section:

• Kiprio Cert — Inspect SSL/TLS certificates for any domain (expiry, issuer, SANs, chain). No auth, free.

All three are useful for OSINT workflows — verifying email addresses and inspecting TLS certificates on domains.
