Adds an introductory notebook for NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, the safety layer powering NemoClaw (GTC 2026). Shows how to block jailbreaks and redirect off-topic messages using Colang. Runs on CPU, $0 cost. Works with OpenAI, HuggingFace, and Nemotron.
