Improving the Docker environment

This PR introduces the following changes:

• The SDK is installed only when it is actually required (built from source code);
• Authorization checks in Docker entrypoint are performed using a database file, instead of "MUSIC_TOKEN" which is only written but never read;
• The Docker commands from the example will now work;
