Change incorrect endpoint from https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1 to correct endpoint https://coding.dashscope.aliyuncs.com/v1 in both packages/memos-core and apps/memos-local-openclaw viewer files. Fixes #1489

修复了 Viewer UI 中阿里百炼（Bailian）provider 的默认 endpoint 配置错误。
问题描述：在
packages/memos-core/src/viewer/html.ts和apps/memos-local-openclaw/src/viewer/html.ts中，bailian provider 的默认 endpoint 被错误地硬编码为https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1（通用模式端点），导致用户在 Viewer UI 的 embedding/summarizer/skill 设置中选择"阿里百炼"时会自动填充错误的 endpoint。修复内容：将两个文件第 7240 行的 bailian endpoint 配置从
https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1修正为https://coding.dashscope.aliyuncs.com/v1（DashScope 编码模型的正确 OpenAI 兼容端点）。影响范围：此修复仅涉及配置字符串变更，不影响代码逻辑，用户现在可以直接使用正确的默认 endpoint 连接阿里百炼服务，无需手动修改。
测试验证：变更仅涉及静态配置字符串，无需编译或运行时测试。已通过 git diff 确认两个文件的修改正确。
