add a page on how to use the `webmin patch` binary

For some this is an easy concept, but for other newer members running code in the terminal can be daunting.

Is it possible to add a page in the docs explaining webmin patch, maybe reference that it is a wrapper for Git commands to make it easy for users to app;ly patches outside of the normal release cycle and also can aid development and testing.

I don’t think there’s much to document since webmin patch --help already covers everything you need.

But you are not the client target audience. What you think does not always match with a casual user. 😁

Maybe all of the commands could have an auto generated man page on the virtualmin webmin website.
