Our new (in v19.0) custom installer; tkl-installer has replaced
di-live. It already has the core components to support UEFI boot and install, but is not complete. There is also code to support building an ISO that will boot on a UEFI system. We just need to finalize it by:Unfortunately it is highly unlikely that we will be able to complete this work in time for the v19.0 release but the intention is to complete it ASAP. Hopefully that will be finalized by v19.1.
This issue replaces #1435 (di-live specific issue).
See the "TODO" section of the tkl-installer readme for further details of this and other intended tkl-installer features.
