Add testLaunchArguments parameter to Workspace.GenerationOptions.AutogeneratedWorkspaceSchemes #10

It would be nice to include launch arguments for the test action in the autogenerated workspace scheme. The specific use case for this idea was to add a
RECORD_SNAPSHOTSlaunch argument in order to re-record snapshot output.
