App bar Controller & Services require refactoring

- App Bar is data driven, however the data required for App bar is obtained using many different server requests, it can be done using single API call
- Invoking notification should not embed the Dialog launching code onto AppBar, instead it should be loosely coupled, trying making use of Events or Callback or Service to do this
- Notification can be made as component?
