Agent Response format not working

Have added response format for agent, but getting content as a string.
This is happening when I add a tools inside the agent.

@mayurcdposition2 gemini models are a bit finnicky, #4184 resolves this by pulling out the model and identifying whcih models support tool calls + response format (gemini 3+) and keeps the same safeguard for gemini 2
