Pretty much as the title says. I've spoken with a few others and there seems to be some kind of issue with Simple VC when combined with BOTH of those two mods. Take one out and the issue is gone
Players who join a game via essential will have a disconnected symbol, as it seems like the clients cannot connect to the simple VC server that's made.
I've placed reports on their respective servers but they told me to put it here instead. I'm sorry it seems like it's more of a Simple VC issue, but they told me to put it here so :/
