[BUG] no Markmap found in VSCode command line and Control panel

• The bug is also present in the web version of VSCode or GitHub Codespaces

Describe the bug

I can't find the Markmap command from the Command Palette, and can't find "Open as markmap" from context menu, Neither on "Button on title-bar"

To Reproduce

Permanently

Expected behavior

Expected Markmap command can be shown on the Command Palette, and "Open as markmap" from context menu, on "Button on title-bar"

Actual behavior

Environment:

• OS: [Win 11]
• VSCode version: 1.108.2

Additional context
No additional configuration change on VS Code.
