Ability to lock outputs to streams therfore remove confusing zone display names

Is it possible to hide the Stream name from the Output/Room that displays within Kazoo? It looks really messy and confusing as it is. Also within the volume control tab seeing both the stream name and output/room name is confusing.

I guess a 'lock to stream' setting would be ideal and mean there is no point in showing the stream name?

We have also raised this directly as if you have one DS stream linked to just one zone you get 3 volume control levels within Kazoo. This is being looked at as it clearly makes no sense and is confusing for the user. It does make a little more sense when you group mulitple DS streams with muitiple zones, but you still end up with a massive number of volume controls AND I don't think they are in any consistent order within Kazoo.

The next release of Kazoo 4.13.59, (released w/c 9th Dec 2019), will have this reduced to a Master and a Room volume control.
