Describe the bug
The following README.md links to https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/rtos-docs/blob/main/rtos-docs/ which is archived since it is replaced by https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/rtos-docs-asciidoc

For convenience, I report the bug in this project as I assume that the maintainers will script a PR for each affected repo and also check if there are other links to the archived documentation repo.

Additional bad link: The link in the About-box for the project in Github also points to the old documentation. At least for https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/threadx and https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/netxduo

I have not checked the others.
