func_instance_io_proxy issues

Describe the bug

My guess about this.
It seems this happens when another instance or an instance with the same name is added to the fixup.

Changing numbers from outside doesn't work.

Achieved by attempting to add an output to func_instance_io_proxy, then calling a change to the boolean value/number from outside

Seems like there's two seperate issues here. The first is that unrelated outputs are clobbered by the proxy if they have the same output type. The second is that parameter overrides don't seem to work properly?
