Unable to store HTML on filesystem

The ratify report fails on some systems.

Preconditions

• Site is hosted on a system with no write access to some filesystem directories

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Ratify
2. Activate Ratify
3. Go to Ratify report page

Expected Result

• Tests reflect actual status of page

Actual Result

• Tests all fail (or most fail)

Workaround

• Manually save front page HTML to filesystem using FTP

Solution

• Store HTML in the database
