[Feature]: Implementing Global Config System

Problem/Use Case

Currently it uses hard coded channel ids and user ids. Which is unorganized and wierd for a discord bot.

Proposed Solution

A feature to implement a global config system which will use a json file to implement all sort of confgs to keep it organized!
