Drop All button in Spawners dropping in different directions

📌 Bug Description

Having issues with use the "Drop All" button and it drops the items in random directions every once in a while. I would like if it always dropped in one direction every time in front of the player. Thank you for your time.

⚡ Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the server
2. Place a spawner
3. Wait for spawner to fill up
4. Use the "Drop All" button multiple times
5. Items should drop in different directions
