`pipx` dependency? What causes `pipx` to be installed on the runner?

Hi. I'm confused as to why we get the following error when following the basic instructions for running this action.

I don't believe pipx is installed by default on any standard runner, so why would this work for anyone? What am I missing? Thanks!!

I did make it work by installing pipx on my Ubuntu runner.

Hey there! The runner is wonderful, but indeed, pipx is not used by default on any runner; its use should be an additional feature.
