When clicking new tab it does not set up the same as Tab1

Tab 1 contains a split container followed by a type of text box on the left, and a web browser on the right(for displaying html code)
When adding a new tab this does not duplicate and also does not detect if a language (js, C# etc.) has been selected.

Possible Solution: Write a code that tells the new tabs too add the split container followed by the textbox and browser, also to detect selected language for a better coding experience.
